We are going to the fair with our own stand to the Philippines

After several years without being able to travel there, this summer we have returned to the Philippines. We have done it in Manila WOFEX, the most important food fair in the country.

The experience has been unforgettable, since it has allowed us to make our activity known first-hand and value our products.

Our stand has received many visits , almost all of them from end clients interested in working with us. It has been an enriching trip due to the fact of knowing a different culture and verifying that La Comarca Meats is known and recognized.

It must be taken into account that the Philippines is a strategic country and market in terms of pork exports. It is the seventh importing country in the world and the third for Spanish producers.

Due to the importance of the event, we present our entire portfolio of products and also our willingness to adapt to the demands of Filipino consumers (cuts, sizes, …).

Due to its culinary customs, gastronomy and industry, the demand in this country is highly focused on products such as jowls, bacon and some offal.

The activity in the Philippines is part of the international expansion carried out by the company. Only in 2022 we have opened Japan, Vietnam, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico and Thailand as new markets.
